We do not offer refunds on purchases. Please ensure that you review all product details before placing your order and understand that vintages watches  come with a story and often marks to show their unique history.

We provide customers the opportunity to inspect the watch before purchasing. You can either visit us in person or schedule a video call to check the overall condition of the watch. If you need more information before purchasing, feel free to reach out to us.

1. If a watch arrives faulty as a result of transit, we will assess each case on an individual basis. Please contact us immediately upon receiving the faulty watch, and we will guide you through the process of resolving the issue.
